Thread each bolt in by hand first, then bring the set up evenly in a star pattern. Torque to your Mercedes spec using our torque reference chart as a guide, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles to confirm the seats have settled in.

Common questions

How do I tell ball seat from conical seat?
Look at the base of the bolt where it meets the wheel. A ball seat is rounded like a section of a sphere, while a conical seat is a straight taper. The two are not interchangeable, so match what your wheel is machined for; these are ball seat.

Will these fit aftermarket wheels on my Mercedes?
Only if the wheels are drilled for ball seat hardware. Many aftermarket wheels use conical seats instead, so check the wheel maker's spec. For factory wheels, match the seat and the 55mm shank of the bolts you are removing.
