These adapters bolt to your 5-lug hub and present a true 6-lug bolt pattern, so a vehicle that left the factory with five lugs can mount 6-lug wheels. Hub patterns covered: 5x4.5 (5x114.3), 5x4.75 (5x120.65), 5x5 (5x127), 5x5.5 (5x139.7), 5x135, and 5x150, with wheel-side patterns of 6x5.5 (6x139.7), 6x135, 6x4.5 (6x114.3), and 6x120. Which adapter do I need? Match the hub side first: a 5x4.5 to 6x5.5 adapter fits vehicles with a 5x4.5 hub and mounts 6x5.5 wheels, never the reverse.

Will 6 lug F150 wheels fit a 5 lug F150? Yes. That is the 5x135 to 6x135 conversion in the list above, available hub centric or standard.

How thick are these? All are 2 inches thick, which moves each wheel out 2 inches, so check fender and suspension clearance first. A pair covers one axle.
