This type of adapter is used for 5 lug 135mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 5" (127mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined billet aluminum. New wheel studs are included. These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

Bolt these to your 5x135mm hubs and you can run 5x5" (127mm) wheels. Mount each one flat against a clean hub and bring the hardware up to your vehicle's factory specification, using the torque reference chart as your guide. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If the original studs extend past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush.
