Quick answer: most Ram 1500 trucks from 1994 through 2018, along with the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic, use a 5x5.5 inch (5x139.7 mm) bolt pattern, while the redesigned 2019 and newer Ram 1500 (DT body) switched to 6x5.5 inch (6x139.7 mm). The adapters in this collection bolt onto either hub pattern, so you can run wheels with a different bolt pattern or add clearance on your truck. Both patterns are covered below by year, but please verify your own bolt pattern before ordering.

From the 6x5.5 hub you can adapt to 5x4.5, 5x4.75, 5x5, 5x5.5, 5x120, 5x135, 5x150, 6x120, 6x135, 6x4.5, 6x5, 8x170, 8x180, and 8x6.5 wheels, or run 6x5.5 to 6x5.5 spacer adapters, including a hub centric option machined for the Ram 1500's 77.8 mm hub bore.

Is 5x5.5 the same as 5x139.7? Yes. 5x5.5 is the inch notation and 5x139.7 is the metric notation for the same bolt pattern, just as 6x5.5 equals 6x139.7.

What bolt pattern is a 2019 Ram 1500? It depends on the body. The redesigned 2019 and newer Ram 1500 (DT) uses 6x5.5 (6x139.7), while the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic kept the older 5x5.5 (5x139.7) pattern. Both body styles were sold at the same time, so check your truck's lug count and verify before ordering.

Can I put my old 5 lug wheels on a 2019+ Ram 1500? Not directly, since the DT hub is 6 lug. A 6x5.5 to 5x5.5 adapter lets you bolt 5x5.5 wheels onto the 6 lug hub. Always confirm the adapter thickness clears your wheel and verify fitment before ordering.
