This collection converts 6-lug hubs to a new bolt pattern so you can run wheels that wouldn't otherwise fit. Each is an adapter pair machined for a specific conversion; products marked Hub Centric in the title locate on the hub bore. Match your vehicle's current 6-lug pattern to the wheel pattern you want, then confirm the exact thickness shown on that product clears your setup.

How do I read a conversion like 6x5.5" to 5x4.5"? The first pattern is your existing hub (6 lugs on a 5.5"/139.7mm circle); the second is the wheel it lets you bolt on (5 lugs on a 4.5"/114.3mm circle).

Do these change my wheel's offset? Yes. At 2" thick, each pair pushes the wheels outward by 2" per side, so verify fender and suspension clearance before ordering.
